payment

I just received a call from debt counselors to say i that i have not being paying my credit card, hence we have an agreement to pay them over a period of 3 to months. I phoned them a week ago to make sure that the amount we agreed upon will be deducted and now i get calls that my account has been handed over. what kind of a service are we getting from African bank, you make arrangements but they do the opposite. Someone please assist in this matter.<br>
