Paying on time but the amount owing to reducing?
Good Day Sir/ Madam<br> <br> I took a loan with you in October last year and since then I don't see much difference on my outstanding balance for the past 5months that I have been paying successfully I did a follow but none of your consultant give me reasonable explanation as to why there is no much of difference on my outstanding balance .Please check my account I am not happy at all.
