paying off arears

i made a loan with them and it comes with a credit card loan. my problem is , i requested that an audit be done on this account of mine as i have dought dat this service i have with African bank is legit i have been paying my account regular every month and the amount i have been paying to African bank does not even make a dent in the amount i pay to them. i queried this account on more than 1 occasion and every time i a just told the same thing i with drawn more than i have but how can i withdraw more money that what i have borrowed from African bank. and if i did with draw that money why is the amount not getting smaller as i have paid and paid every month<br> <br> this is making my life a living hell <br> <br> please assist in order to find a solution <br> <br> i am not a happy person as it is now<br> <br> i have another loan with african bank but i have no problems with that account y only with the credit card account<br> <br> please help
