paying every month and receive sms not paying

I am at a loss for words. Every month payment is religiously made on *** and yet we are receiving sms's to state account is not being paid. I find this account to be a good example of how corporate entities load accounts and e-xtort payments for decades - yes decades on one account. refer back to complaints about this same account which was teken out 20 years ago already. if all the payments made on the original R10 000 loan is calculated paid personally and under debt review we are looking at astronomic amounts.
