Paying back tripple the amount ....

I took out a loan in 2009 for R9000..and then I lost my job but paid afew instalments.I have never ever received a statement from you.I called and requested one last month to see all the payments that I have made.I only checked the one loan today.The loan was for R9000 it was taken out in 2009 I have since paid you guys R17004.31 and there is still a balance for R9743 which I do not understand...I feel this is a complete ******* in total then if I pay the outstanding amount the total amount for that loan would be R26997.31 for a loan of R9000.This is madness.African bank is *********** their clients.I also have another loan and it also seems as thought its been paid over and over again.I would like someone to assist and get back to me with payments that have been paid how much has been paid etc.I would like feedback asap or I will lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman.
