pathetic servise

My cc has expired and replacing it is just a lengthy process, I understand security purposes so I submit every thing they want and then I'm told the card will be activated on Monday but that did not happen and I call them today asking why the card was not activated and the lady I spoke to said she will activate it and it will take 10 minutes to be activated and then after 5 hours I spoke to them the card is still not activated.... I am so annoyed right now this just makes me want to cancel this cc
