Pathetic service, not honour our payment arrangement and not willing to acknowledge or assist

Pathetic service, not honour our payment arrangement and not willing to acknowledge or assist. I have a long-standing arrangement with the bank on payment of loan. Falling in hard times and all.. Every month, they deduct this amount..... until today. They took a massive amount from my account WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. I phoned. They say from now on I have to contact them every month and make an arrangement EVERY MONTH!!! They are NOT honest and willing to help. They keep on transferring me to another department. They are ***********, and I will gladly TELL EVERY ONE to stay away from African Bank..... Pathetic
