pathetic service i am getting from incompentency

i was an employee of Ellerines back 2008 and i had a stuff account with them, i resigned in 2009 i was told, forced and ordered to sign staff deduction which i did, i was told that before the pay-out of my pension fund they will take their money. they advice me that if my pension fund is not enough to pay it off they will contact me as soon as possible. But if it is enough they will deposit the balance. i was shocked when i see a Garnish in my pay slip i called and query it was solved, later on start to get calls from lawyers two Different Lawyer Myburgh and National Debt , i called Ellerines and everything was withdrawn from both lawyers, Now i a really need a place to stay(rental) they say i don't qualify i am blacklisted by Myburgh attorneys i called and tell me than case was long time withdraw from them, they referred me back to African bank since it took over Ellerines account , now i went to their branch i couldn't get help, they say i must call call Centre, which i did last week, there is one to help me, not so long i will sleep in street because of this people since i cant get any help from them, can you please help , even if i have to pay for your service
