Pathetic service Ever!!!*****

Am really ****ed off right now on Friday the 30th of January I went to protea glen mall at African bank to apply for a loan I was assisted by Pearl Langa she then said the moneys wil be in tomorrow morning which I ddnt have issues with because the time was around 4pm...I then waited the following morning nothing when I go there I spoke to the manager I wasnt happy at all I told him to cancel it once coz i had to wait for so long why did the consultant gave me this contract and signed everything.<br> He said on his side he cant cancel it so I must call the call center I spoke to the call center agent ***.....they were all saying at the branch they can cancel it...but now he said he cant cancel it the manager what a pathetic so calld service..fine he then said he will cancel it on monday morning when he comes and he will call me before cancelling it buy now I had to call the branch and I have spoken to another lady there she said the manager is on leave waaaaal so now he is not in he is on leave..so is this how he provide the service this is not on..someone must follow up and help me or I will log a complaint with the ombudsman...am really not happy about their service
