Pathetic service Ever!!!*****

On Friday the 30th of January I went to Protea Glen mall at African Bank around 4pm I app**** for a loan and everything went well signed documents Pearl Langa assisted me she then said I will get money in the morning...I then waited and decided to go back to the branch where I spoke to the manager as he was the one who can only cancel..or approve it..he said to me he cannot help me I then told him just cancel it coz I cant just sit and wait but I have a contract already that states loan amount and premiums..he said I must call the call center *** and they said the branch where I app**** at are the pple who can cancel it since they cant on their other end..he then said I must wait till monday morning he will call me back before cancelling to confirm if he can go ahead..I then calld the branch personally spoke to some lady she said the manager is not there he is on leave....am really ****ed off if thats how they operate or what its really pathetic he dznt knw his job unless the lady was lying...now I want them to cancel this or I will take it to ombudsman am really ****zd off right now..am the one who is following up on everything..am sure african bank can hire a better prsn
