Pathetic service

Pathetic service. I have been calling the call centre and put on hold for over an hour with no one to take the call. Visited a branch in maponya mall and Newmarket mall but can not be assisted in withdrawing my tax free savings. They tell me home affairs is offline and not picking up my fingerprints. We tried the app but still it shows an error. Nothing is working with this bank expect for giving out loans but to give you your investments back Nothing. I'll go investment elsewhere at this rate. To consecutive days and no assistance only a robot talking
