Pathetic service as always

I am still trying to settle my debt with African Bank - was told to speak to collections then debt counselling and no one is able to give me a new settlement offer. After my last review on hello peter i was given 103k and told its locked in so call after the 30th to see if they can better the offer which I have been trying and now told no settlement I must pay 116k - 13k more - how does one justify it for an unemployed old man - please can I get someone to call me and assist urgently I want to pay it off this month.
