Pathetic service and unjustifiable procedures!

I went to the Africa Bank on Friday last week and this black woman assisted me. Basically I wanted to know the requirements about getting a loan. The lady advised me of what was needed and then I had all the requirements and when I was giving her my documentation she just changed her attitude just like the weather! She rudely said we do not accept REFUGEES. She said that i needed a permit. I had my red ID book with an ID number and I know of someone that attained a loan with this bank this year. It has the same expiry as the permits. So just to get this correct you accept foreign nationals but they just don't have to be refugees? and If they are refugee they have to receive ********** service. I feel discriminated because the reason behind not accepting my documentation is not justified. Home affairs say we get just about the same treatment as SA nationals so what is different. This is pathetic service you are running and I will make sure that everyone knows what a disappointment this is.
