PATHETIC SERVICE AND FALSE CONTRACTING

I am disgusted at the service received over a period of the last two weeks which has peeked today with the call centre not even caring when I said ill be going to hello peter .

I started out with the online application for a personal loan got pre approved for 16500 when wanting to take this nobody contacted me and I requested a call back .

After calling back the wrong monthly expenses were accidentally entered and the agent advised I qualify for only 5000 and there is nothing she can do ,

I then went too the branch where they assisted me with the online request I had done I sent in all my docs and was called advising it approved and do I accept 5000 by now I was all ready sick of struggling and accepted we then spent 15 MINUTES on the phone doing voice contracting ETC . He advised I will receive my agreement within a few hours and If not I should call *** and once doing this the first person advised I rejected the application then when I said ive done the contracting they advised that they need to transfer me I got transferred advised of all of the above and requested a follow up to which I was answered I am unsure on how to help you I then advised its a simple follow up and was once more told that they cant help and they will email the relevant person I advised should I not be contacted ASAP I will be complaining to which I got an well I have sent the email.

is this you level of service you contract a client vie call and then no updates no money paid into the account nothing .

Social media is next as this is pathetic .

I would like to be contacted ASAP and my money to be in by COB today @ 16:00 as I was contracted yesterday.
