Pathetic service

I am sti unable to obtain a closed and paid in full letter from this bank.they are unprofessional and just dont care about their customers.i spoke to a team leader Leonie pienaar yesterday after asking a call agent to escalate my matter 2 days ago and demanding a phone call from a higher authority. Every agent that sends an email only shows frust name with no surname and contact number.this is pathetic and I will never recommend anyone to african bank again.very unprofessional.i asked team leader to call me back however some agent calls me and would not divulge what position she holds at african bank.why is team leader not calling back as she promised.i have been trying to settle this loan for almost 2 weeks now and everytime interest us added and so on.
