Pathetic service

So i spoke to head office and went through the entire procedure to complete my application online for a loan and they said i must take the paperwork to the nearest branch and gave me the amount that i was approved for. I got all my paperwork together and went to my nearest branch. When i got there they told me that for the application they can only take landline numbers and not cellphone numbers, after that the lady told me that if my salary gets paid into my account it must be n once off amount even tho if you add the amounts together you will get the exact amount on my payslip. With all that said after i was pre-approved the lady told me shes not going to be able to assist me. How on earth can i be approved, then this? So much time waisted just because they are tired after the season, hello everyones tired they are not the only ones working...i will never ever advise anyone to use that bank..
