PATHETIC SERVICE

Review #3 - It has now been 15 days and still no feedback from African Bank. They have promptly responded to my 2 previous reviews stating that they will contact me, still nothing. I have wasted ridiculous amounts of airtime calling customer service just to be told that they cannot help me, I must wait for the Forensics department to contact me...WHEN!?!?!? They have not requested any information or supporting documents from me to assist in resolving this matter, nor have they contacted my employer to verify that my documentation is legit. In the meantime there is stil an active debit order. If I dint call th in the first place I would mever have know whats going on, absolutely not communication from their side, I have to keep calling amd mailing to no avail!
