Pathetic Service

What terrible service. I will not recommend this bank to anyone. I’ve been approved for a credit card on 04/03 on 11/03 I am told they are awaiting outstanding documents which I sent to them 19 times over. Every promise made of we’ll call you back has not happened unless I go on the app and request them to call me. Service is pathetic. I’m beginning to think perhaps it’s because I’m not black…🤔 I don’t like to play the race card, but in this instance it definitely seems that way to me.
