Pathetic service

African bank Im still waiting for my credit card to unblocked why are doing this to customers I regret opening this account with you.I call everyday and you keep telling me about 24 to 48hrs Im so dissapointed the agents are useless...I think their aim is to take calls they don't care if the query is resolved or not
