pathetic service

I had an African bank loan.i paid up my loan in full on the 25th of January 2016.on the 3rd of February I called and requested a paid up letter to be emailed to me. the lady on the phone told me it would be emailed to me. I checked my email everyday but got nothing. I eventually got impatient and called them again today(15 feb).the lady on the phone assured me it will be emailed to me by end of the day.and guess what,NOTHING.catch a dam wake up african bank.your services are down in the dumps.
