Pathetic service

Pathetic service. I was declined a loan as my income on payslip and bank statement are different. I get paid by my employer a salary as well as commision. My basic salary and commision are on my payslip. I get an extra income every month from my employer which is a different source so that is why there are other amounts during the month but I am having a battle getting this done. How is this a problem. I asked if I could get a letter from my emplyer comfirming my income . I have spoken to 4 people and no one can help me. I needed to get this done urgently and my affordability is not an issue. I would rather go to someone else who wont waste my time on this
