Pathetic service

Shocking service they have debited my account 3 times on 1 month. Logged a complaint and 10 days later still no one has come back to me. You people are pathetic, if this is your customer service you know NOTHING about customer service. I dont know who even gives African bank the right to just debit my account as an when they please.
