<p>There is a lady with a name of Zelda who is a God at African bank call centre she even knocks of early to avoid you queries it's been 11days since I logged a case that was never resolved up until now she never calls then there is a puppet with a name ofMatsepo who promises the moon and the sun and never deliver then there is a guy with a name of Abel who actually doesn't deserve the name he should be called judas hes a back steber this guys must go back to proper training and please teach your supervisor to state his name when taking over from someone and be pactual I cant wait for 30min for a supervisor there might be super in your name but we pay you learn to respect and deliver in closing I'm not happy with Zelda he's just an incompitant ***** that can't do her job accordingly bring back my money excuse my french I'm fustrated </p>
