pathetic service

Yesterday my fiance app**** for a loan and was approved. He had 3 payslips with him. Long story short - he was approved. Misuli said that the money would be in b4 11am and 3 weeks payslips would be ok. The money was needed for something urgent - to date the money was not paid in the account and now all of a sudden the 3 weeks payslips are insufficient??? What **** service is that? If she knew that 3 would not be ok then why didn't she say so?? Perhaps because all she cared about was the commission she would make?? No recommendations 4 this bank!
