Pathetic Sales Department

*********** Staff , I have app**** for a credit on Thursday 06/08/2020 and was told within 48hours I will be assisted . Story short . Due to no communication I went to the branch and was told my application is pending with the contact center so they were not able to assist . Called the contact center several times and no one can assist , they advising that they will be in touch. I have received calls but more like they are just ring once and move on , today again they called from ‭+27 (10) ***‬ once I answered it was dropped. Are you guys willing to assist or not , I need to know so that I can consult other service provide caused right now am stuck . .
