Pathetic no service

Everytime, since i changed to African bank, i have issues with the BS audatious rewards. You try to use them and have to phone them everytime to log a so called case and then wait days on end. And everytime they appologise appologise appologise🤬🤬. On the 19th again and still no rewards voucher. Its time for everyone to ditch Afeican bank because their service is not even poor, there is no service. PATHETIC!!!!
