Pathetic Customer service no care about customer satisfactory

I am utterly disappointed that African Bank is the only creditor that will not negotiate on a better settlement for their customers. I have lost jobs in the past and therefore my account went into arrears badly. Not only did I struggle to provide for my family but the dark cloud of indebtedness hanging over me was very frustrating and stressful.

All other creditor providers was very helpful and allowed interest free settlements and a good payment plan. However African Bank comes with their 20%,30% or40% discount but the catch is CASH PAYMENT no customer is granted this settlement with a 3month or 6months payment plan cash only.
