Pathetic customer service/ ****************

African bank decides to add charges on my credit card and agents cant explain wat it is for..55day interest free then they charge anyway afterwards.. So they lie to sell products.. To make matters worse i paid my loan up and they decide 2 weeks later they will add charges and just go deduct any amount they feel from my bank account which is not even those charges. The TL at the call centre has the most terrible attitude as if i was ever rude to her.. The agent tells me i shudv called in to close the account as if thats my job.. Pathetic service from this company and they ****** me..dont not use African bank they will rob u and give u unhelpful team leaders and agents who expect u to do their jobs
