Pathetic customer service and soft s****s

<p>I was called by AFB consultant, who lacks serious soft s****s. I felt as if i was a ******** the way this agents addressed me. When i asked to speak to her manager it was a complete disaster, as she bluntly refused to put her manager on the line... even after expressing my disappointment in the service to a different consultant, i still have not received a call back from the manager.
