Pathetic customer service

I find this practice very pathetic and unprofessional, l called in the morning and l spoke to a lady who was asking me set up my investment account and due to time l could not finish the whole process and l ended up asking her to call me at 1.30 which she promised to. I then called back seeing she was not calling and a guy answered and after getting my details he said he was having a system system issue he will call me back immediately. Not know that it was his trick of getting me off the phone. Want ****ed me is am not try to get free things am trying to bring business to your bank but l have already lost trust in what l was going to sign up for yes you have good rates but you absolutely dnt have good customer service
