Pathetic compulsory credit life that doesn't pay out

Highly upset and disappointed. I have been paying credit life on my loan and credit card in the event of retrenchment or not being able to work. I was temporarily laid off in May and retrenched in July due to the Covid pandemic. I have sent my documents repeatedly to their insurance claims department and to date,nothing. I get harassed for payment of my accounts almost daily. I understand they need the debt to be paid but then why force people to take a compulsory insurance that doesnt assist in times of need. Now i need to use my absolute last to pay this accounts despite paying insurance monthly in the event of retrenchment! Definitely the last time i ever do business with african bank
