Pathetic African Bank Employees

My wife has a loan with African Bank, she has a signed agreement for re payments. Now African Bank harassing her everyday at her work line, cell phone ext, at least she is paying, why don't they haras the people that doesn't pay.... What a pathetic Bank and the people that work there..... This feels like a racial thing, White and Female..... Grow up African Bank, check your system on the agreement, or I will contact lawyers soon....
