Pathetic African Bank

F#ck You African Bank.. I called and said that I have not earned a cent ever since the lockdown and asked to please only pay a minimum amount on my loan but will carry on paying my credit card in full. I did something that no son ever wants to do but I was left with no option to ask my elderly mother for a loan just so I could pay my sons school fees and a portion of my rent.. I asked African Bank to please only deduct R200 for my loan and I will pay back the outstanding ones I can go back to work and I even received sms confirmation to confirm it.. but what did Afrika Bank do! The minute my mother made the payment into my account African Bank helped themselves to an additional R3615 + R902 although we agreed on R200 and R300. So African Bank read my words pay back the R3615 + R902 so I can pay my sons school fees and I portion of my rent and should you not I will never pay another cent to African Bank! I will just close my bank account
