Pathetic !!!

Good day ,<br> <br> I have a loan with African Bank, which is in arrears due to me being on maternity leave,<br> I then made an arrangement with then for them to pull of their normal R340.00 a month and R160.00 towards the arrears <br> the debit went of my Account R500.00 (normal instalments AND arrears ) this happened for 5 months<br> They then stopped pulling of the R160.00, just continued to pull of The normal instalment of R340.00<br> so to me I assumed the arrears was done , I was not in areas anymore<br> Today I receive a call from their call centre collections department advising me that my account is in arrears, and that I should make payment today<br> <br> I mean really now!!! , this is not my fault yet I should be paying for something which was agreed on for them to pull of my account !!!<br> The agent then tells me they will pull of the normal R340.00 AND the entire arrears ,<br> <br> SOMEONE NEEDS TO GET BACK TO ME ASAP !!! AS I AM REALLY ****ED OF !!!!!!
