Pathethic ********* Bank

I noticed on my credit profile that you have an account in my name opened 2010 and fully paid, but all accounts in my name were paid in full and closed. Who gave you authority to keep this account active after my attorneys closed everything when ALL accounts were closed?????????????? I want answers now as I will report you to Ombudsman, you have no consent to keep accounts open in my name after it was closed. CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT NOW AND CONFIRM IN WRITING
