Painful Loan application process

Once again African Bank makes headlines for poor and ineffective service. I have app**** for a loan on 08 September and submitted all required documents by 12 September but had no feedback on outcome. When calling the call center they escalate to no avail, when ask to speak to the manager for department on hold up I get told they can't call them. Previous process also had issues and waited for nearly 3 weeks for feedback and eventually had to reapply.after all this frustration they will approve with the highest possible rate. African Bank please can you improve your customer service, maybe you will get more clients wanting to Bank with yourselves.
