PAINFUL APPLICATION PROCESS FOR PERSONAL LOANS

I app**** for a loan on the 3 January 2020 everything was fine, because I didn't get any communication from the branch, I went back on Tuesday 7th January 2020 and I was told my application was canceled without a reason On the same Tuesday 7th January 2020 I did the other application and approved and now I am told head office needs to call me. The application process is smooth but now getting the funds is tedious. The branch says I'm approved but there is no sms or email confirming that and still I have to wait another day. It is very frustrating that no one is able to assist me and I app**** for a loan since I need the funds. Please can you please advice who can help me to finalise the application or must I just give business to another bank.
