Paid up loan still reflects as unpaid on my credit report, please fix.

There's a loan I settled in February. It still appears as unpaid on my credit report. I spoke to Zelda last month, and she assured me in two weeks it would be cleared. Two weeks came and passed. I sent her two emails already to follow up on the matter, she hasn't been any response from her. Please update my credit profile.
