Paid up loan still reflecting

I am very upset. I had a loan at African bank which i have settle. I have received statement last friday that I owe African bankk R20k. I have been calling back and forth the Concept recoveries which is their collection department. Everyday I am told the same thing that they paidd African bank which is not true because 8th of November Chantal De Deer sent me an email making excuses and saying they will pay. I am so upset because I am trying to apply for a bond and this is showing under my credit profile. Takalani from The African Bank concept recoveries said its paid while their administrator is saying they have not paid. The most frustrating part is that Concept recoveries is part of African Bank but African Bank is telling me to refer to the concept recoveries to have this sorted.

African Bank ******** people. It's now more than a week back of forth with them. They are refusing to close my account because they never received my payment. Their attorneys Concept recoveries which is part of African bank keeps saying they have paid them now i am left confused. I need my name cleared and African bank is not helping. I find this pathetic and *********. Concept Recoveries is part of African Bank but even now i am still sitting with the same problem. I have no choice but to report African bank to the Banking Ombudsman
