Paid up letter no show

This is a complaint regarding the proceedings in the collections department. I was given a 20% discount in my settlement letter which I thankfully accepted and paid the settlement. The paid up letter was to be provided within 7 days and that didn't happen. Three weeks later I got a statement that king me for the amount paid but with an outstanding amount of the discount I was given.<br> <br> I keep calling the call center without help. <br> <br> Today was ultimately the worst when a lady by name of Pauline gave me utter attitude.<br> <br> I want to part ways with African Bank immediately ....please provide with with my paid up letter.<br> <br> <br> Please
