Paid up letter

Hello Peter,<br> <br> I had a credit card with african bank which was handed over to VVM attorneys and they gave me a settlement discount which i settled 3 days ago.<br> <br> They said i should wait for the payment to reflect then they will send me the paid up letter.<br> <br> They send an sms today thanking me for my payment and that it is well received. I then asked for a paid up letter and was told that i should wait 21 days by the supervisor.<br> <br> I called the NCR and was informed that i am entitled to paid up letter as soon as payment reflect and my credit record should be updated upon payment. <br> <br> This is the second case i am having with the same supplier.<br> <br> Can i please have my paid up letter and updated credit record.<br> <br> Your help in this frustration.
