Paid up letter

Good day African Bank Kindly provide me with a Paid up letter, I settled my credit card on Monday 12/02/2024 I was promised the account would be closed within 72 hrs turnaround time, up to date I haven't received anything after so many calls and follow ups from Wednesday until Friday, last call I made Friday I was told the account would be closed by day end Friday 16/02/2024
