Paid up letter

Hello Peter, could you please assist me, I have a paid up loan with African Bank, now I urgently need a Paid Up letter, so to submit for some consolidation with Old Mutual, problem is African Bank is not assisting me as they are telling me I have to wait for week??? What for because the money is showing in their account and paid up. I need the letter before Midday 28 August 2015. Without it I can not get help, funny thing they are so quick and calling all the time when they want you to take the loan, but now they dragging
