Paid-up Letter

Dear Sirs,<br> <br> I recently settled an African Bank loan, through a third party collection and after settling the loan I then requested a paid-up letter. The third party refer me to AFRICAN BANK and African Bank refers me to the third party (NRB Risk Solution - *** the person I was dealing with is Phindiwe Stuurman)<br> <br> My ID Number is ***, my understanding will be that after settling the loan I should be immediately be issued with the Paid-up letter. <br> <br> This has been dragging for over a week now, please help as I need to submit this to the bank for my home loan approval.<br> <br> Thank you,<br> Sibusiso Manana
