PAID UP LETTER

hi, i have been struggling with getting help from African Bank. i paid up my loans which i have with them, ihave a paid up letter from the lawyers, i keep calling them to get confirmation that i paid up the accounts and also for my name to be cleared at the bureau, where do i send the confirmation letter to? Can someone help????
