Paid up acount listed as unpaid

Hi. <br> <br> Im in the process of trying to buy a house and has just received feedback that my application has been declined. Upon request of the reason we got informed that I have an unpaid account listed from African Bank. This specific account has been paid up years ago. <br> <br> I have in the past requested that this be cleared up. I would like this matter to be resolved immediately as I only have 3 days to get back to the bond originator with proof. <br> <br> This incompetency has just costed me time and money.
