Paid up accounts

I have been trying to get paid up letter from them since 23rd July. i have spoken to 6 different people and still i have not received my paid up letters nor the refund i was promised on 23rd. I keep having to call back. I finally got to speak to supervisor Tshepo Moraba yesterday whom \apologised"and was going to help. After completing only half of the query i sent him a email but still have not received the required information nor any sort of acknowledgment. They are very quick to lend you money and harass you when you don't make payments but to get anything out of them is impossible. their staff are *********** and rude have no idea how to treat customers.
