Paid Up Account affecting Credibility 9 months after being settled

<p>I settled my African Bank Credit Card in January of this year, and have since received two paid up letters confirming that the account has been settled. This is great, however there is one issue that has become awhat feels like a thorn in my side. My Credit Bureau still reflects this account as ACTIVE and with a balance due of R159.00</p> <p> </p> <p>As you can imagine, this account, not being my best performing unsecured debt, has effected my credibility with Credit Providers. I am at a point in my life where I am able to say that I am debt free and would like to purchase a vehicle.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am unable to do this due to the blemish on my credit report.</p> <p> </p> <p>Please assist in updating the bureau immediately.</p>
