Paid my debt but my credit record is not updated

<p>I had a loan with African that i settled on the 17th of June 2016, But i am still recieving calls from JDT consultants asking m for payment. I feel harrased by these people and what i dont understand is that they keep telling me that kAfrican Bank still has not updated them on the status of my account, wherether they shoud close it or not. I feel i should not be talking to these people becouse they have business with African bank and not with me!!!! so i should not be explainint to them that i have paid up this loan. And another irritating part about african bank is the fact that they still have not updated my credit record at the ITC. I have paid their account but my name is still reflecting badly becouse they claim i have erears on their account. this is realy irritating and next i am going to the Ombudsman and seek more assistance on this.</p>
