Paid loan arrears but made no difference in a statement

Paid arrears for my loan but no difference and they can't explain. They just say you must it in full so you can see the difference. Sounds like I've been ****med by African Bank.

Received a call from a consultant and they can't even verify my profile. This is not proper service. They tell me I should have two phones where one is to verify my profile and one is when using it on call with them simultaneously. So it means I must buy two phones in order to resolve my issue.

Very much inconsistent. Refer to recorded conversation I had on the 9th July 2023 and check how I was verified. African Bank is just playing games with customers.

Thanks to Euphenia who managed to verify my profile in a different way as the one who rep**** here on this complaint of mine couldn't managed to give me other options to do so. Thanks to Euphenia again, she know her business.
